The Supply Chain Security Training Act of 2021 aims to manage supply chain risk through counterintelligence training. The Act requires the development of a training program for officials with supply chain risk management responsibilities at Federal agencies within 180 days. The training program will include information on current supply chain security threats and vulnerabilities, as well as updates from various government agencies. Guidance on executive agency adoption and use of the training program will be promulgated by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget within 180 days.
