The Formula Act of 2022 amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to temporarily suspend rates of duty on imports of certain infant formula products. The amendments, effective July 21, 2022, and December 31, 2022, make articles of infant formula eligible for duty-free entry under specific subheadings in chapter 99 of the HTS.
