The Public Law 101-360, also known as the Energy Policy and Conservation Act Short-Term Extension Amendment of 1990, was enacted on August 10, 1990. This law extended the authority for titles I and II of the original act until September 15, 1990. It amended sections 104(b)(1), 171, and 281 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to change the expiration date from August 15, 1990, to September 15, 1990.
