　　1月7日上午，国家发展改革委举行专题新闻发布会，介绍深入推进全国统一大市场建设有关情况，并向社会全文公开《全国统一大市场建设指引（试行）》。国家发展改革委体制改革综合司司长王善成、交通运输部政策研究室主任刘鹏飞、商务部市场体系建设司副司长李维正、市场监管总局规划和财务司副司长缪丹出席发布会，国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、委新闻发言人李超主持发布会。发布人就全国统一大市场建设进展、《指引》出台考虑和重点举措、不当干预问题线索征集、下一步工作考虑，以及交通运输市场建设、企业跨区域迁移、高水平对外开放、公平竞争审查、加快多式联运发展、商务信用体系建设、地方标准管理制度改革等方面问题回答记者提问。50多家新闻媒体60多名记者参加了本场发布会。 　　发布会实录

  7月25日下午，国家发展改革委举行专题新闻发布会，介绍《关于加力支持大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新的若干措施》 有 关情况。国家发展改革委副主任赵辰昕、财政部经济建设司司长符金陵、商务部消费促进司司长徐兴锋、市场监管总局质量监督司司长段永升出席发布会，并就 加力 支持企业设备更新、 中央财政资金支持 设备更新贷款贴息 和落实 废弃电器电子产品回收处理政策，消费品以旧换新政策 衔接、 支持范围、对消费市场的影响 ， 加强产品标准制定 和 质量价格监管， 以及 如何推动政策落实等方面问题回答记者提问。国家发展改革委政研室主任、委新闻发言人 金贤东 主持发布会。近50家新闻媒体60多名记者参加了本场发布会。（摄影 高弘杰）   发布会实录
