不動産価格指数（令和６年１１月・令和６年第３四半期分）を公表～不動産価格指数、住宅は前月比1.5％上昇、商業用は前期比0.7％上昇～令和7年2月28日国土交通省は、今般、不動産価格指数（住宅及び商業用不動産）を公表しました。住宅総合の季節調整値は、前月比で1.5％上昇し、商業用不動産総合の季節調整値は前期比で0.7％上昇となりました。【ポイント】（１）不動産価格指数（住宅）（令和６年１１月分・季節調整値） ○ 全国の住宅総合は前月比1.5％増の141.3 ○ 住宅地は116.8、戸建住宅は118.5、マンション（区分所有）は207.2 （対前月比はそれぞれ、1.6％増、1.4％増、1.0％増）（２）不動産価格指数（商業用不動産）（令和６年第３四半期分・季節調整値） ○ 全国の商業用不動産総合は前期比0.7％増の143.6 ○ 店舗は159.7、オフィスは179.2、マンション・アパート（一棟）は167.7 （対前期比はそれぞれ、3.7％増、3.1％増、2.0％増）※2010 年平均＝100各数値は速報値であり、初回公表後3 ヶ月間は改訂を行う。【不動産価格指数掲載ウェブサイト】https://www.mlit.go.jp/totikensangyo/totikensangyo_tk5_000085.html
