Summary:

A webinar will be conducted to showcase the main stages of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) system, highlighting the points at which applicants can submit documents or various requests after submitting a PCT application. The presentation will also demonstrate how applicants can use the ePCT portal to file requests such as international preliminary examination, modified formula under Article 19 or 34 of the Treaty, correction of obvious errors, and request for registration of changes in the applicant or author's name.
