　　4月29日，生态环境部部长黄润秋主持召开部常务会议，审议并原则通过《2023中国海洋生态环境状况公报》（以下简称《2023海洋公报》）。生态环境部党组书记孙金龙出席会议。 　　会议指出，编制发布中国海洋生态环境状况公报是环境保护法、海洋环境保护法的法定要求。《2023海洋公报》全面反映了2023年我国海洋生态环境整体状况，体现了海洋生态环境保护工作的新进展、新特色，是公众了解我国海洋生态环境质量情况、污染治理和生态保护修复的重要渠道。要多媒介、多方式、多途径开展《2023海洋公报》宣传解读，进一步增强全社会对深入打好污染防治攻坚战、持续改善生态环境质量的信心。 　　会议还研究了其他事项。 　　生态环境部副部长赵英民、于会文、郭芳，中央纪委国家监委驻生态环境部纪检监察组组长廖西元，生态环境部总工程师刘炳江出席会议。 　　驻部纪检监察组负责同志，机关各部门，应急中心、服务中心、信息中心主要负责同志列席会议。
