DNSH). La nuova Guida segue le precedenti edizioni approvate con Circolari MEF-RGS n. 32 del 30 dicembre 2021 e n. 33 del 13 ottobre 2022.

　　5月13日，生态环境部部长黄润秋主持召开部常务会议，审议并原则通过《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》、《2023中国生态环境状况公报》，以及41种化学物质增补列入《中国现有化学物质名录》。生态环境部党组书记孙金龙出席会议。 　　会议指出，修订《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》是适应新的环境管理需要，强化温室气体和恶臭污染物协同控制，完善渗滤液污染防治要求，提高生活垃圾填埋场环境管理规范化水平的重要举措。标准进一步完善了生活垃圾填埋场设计、运行、封场、监测等环境管理要求，对于推动生活垃圾填埋场污染防治设备更新、提升填埋场污染控制水平具有重要意义。要配合相关部门做好标准发布工作，加强政策解读和技术指导，强化监督执法，督促地方生态环境部门和垃圾填埋场营运单位理解好、把握好、执行好新的政策要求，确保落实到位。 　　会议强调，编制发布年度生态环境状况公报，是落实环境保护法法定要求，保障人民群众环境信息知情权的具体举措。《2023中国生态环境状况公报》全面记录了2023年全国生态环境状况及变化情况，反映了我国生态环境保护工作进展和成效。公报正式发布后，要通过多种形式广泛开展宣传报道，引导全社会关心关注生态环境，共同参与美丽中国建设。 　　会议指出，《中国现有化学物质名录》是做好新化学物质环境管理登记工作的重要基础。要认真落实《新污染物治理行动方案》要求，不断完善《中国现有化学物质名录》，严格做好新化学物质登记审批，持续加强日常监督执法，有效防控新污染物环境与健康风险。 　　会议还研究了其他事项。 　　生态环境部副部长赵英民、于会文，中央纪委国家监委驻生态环境部纪检监察组组长廖西元出席会议。 　　驻部纪检监察组负责同志，机关各部门，应急中心、机关服务中心、信息中心主要负责同志列席会议。
