On 28 June 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/18431 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. The Council added two persons and four entities responsible for actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine to the list of persons
