Негосударственные пенсионные фонды (НПФ) смогут покупать акции эмитента при первичном публичном предложении (IPO), если совокупный объем размещения на организованных торгах составляет не менее 3 млрд рублей. Ранее порог для участия фондов в IPO оценивался в 50 млрд рублей. Указание Банка России, регламентирующее инвестирование пенсионных резервов, вступает в силу 13 октября 2024 года. FCA fines Starling Bank £29m for failings in their financial crime systems and controls

The FCA has fined Starling Bank Limited £28,959,426 for financial crime failings related to its financial sanctions screening.
