"On November 27, 2024, the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) published new rules for registering trademarks with advertising elements in the Manual of Marks. These updated guidelines allow INPI to accept trademark applications that include promotional elements and meet the newly established criteria, after consulting with users through the Diálogo Permanente project.
