A New Era for American Workers: The EEOC’s Commitment to Address National Origin Discrimination

"On February 19, 2025, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Acting Chair Andrea Lucas announced a crackdown on employers discriminating against American workers in favor of foreign workers. The EEOC will rigorously enforce existing labor and employment laws to deter illegal migration and reduce abuse of legal immigration programs by targeting staffing agencies and companies that prefer non-American workers."
