Private Health Insurance Supervisory Levy Imposition Act 2015

The Private Health Insurance Supervisory Levy Imposition Act 2015 is an Act of the Australian Parliament that imposes a levy on bodies registered as private health insurers under the Private Health Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act 2015. The Act imposition of a supervisory levy on private health insurers, along with the amount of levy payable for certain quarters and financial years.
