Brief
The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2023 has provisions regarding confidential information. Specifically, Section 5 applies to confidential information provided to individuals for the purpose of performing functions conferred on the Parliamentary Service Commissioner by the Parliamentary Service Determination 2013.
