The National Residue Survey (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992 is an Act of the Australian Parliament that aims to amend the Cattle Transaction Levy Act 1990 and the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991, and to transfer certain funds due to the enactment of the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992. The Act makes consequential amendments to other Acts and provides for the transfer of funds to the National Residue Survey Account. It also makes provision for the payment of amounts into the Account and the appropriation of amounts out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
