National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 authorizes appropriations to NASA for research and development, space flight, control and data communications, construction of facilities, and research and program management.
