Brief

The manual aims to guide and standardize the application of procedures and criteria for calculating the LAC fine. Thus, it serves as a practical guide to subsidize proposals for PAR commissions and adjustments within the scope of leniency agreements, especially in the Federal Executive Branch, using, in addition to the parameter referring to the evaluation of the integrity program, all the criteria established in art. 7 of Law No. 12,846/2013 and in arts. 17 to 23 of Decree No. 8.420/2015.
