Brief

'The Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007 amends the Do-not-call Implementation Act to eliminate automatic removal of telephone numbers registered on the Federal "do-not-call" registry. Registered numbers will not be removed except upon request or due to disconnection, reassignment, or invalidity. The FTC is required to report on efforts to improve accuracy of the registry within 9 months.'
