'The Airspace (Consequentials and Other Measures) Act 2007' provides for consequential matters relating to the enactment of the Airspace Act 2007, and for other purposes. The Act may be cited as the Airspace (Consequentials and Other Measures) Act 2007.

The Act commences on 30 March 2007, with some provisions taking effect at the same time as sections 3 to 15 of the Airspace Act 2007 commence on 1 July 2007. The Act amends or repeals certain Acts, including the Civil Aviation Act 1988, and introduces new amendments.

The Act makes consequential amendments to the Civil Aviation Act 1988, including inserting new functions and provisions related to CASA under the Airspace Act 2007. It also introduces technical amendments to the Air Services Act 1995 and repeals certain subparagraphs from the Civil Aviation Act 1988.

The Act provides for transitional provision, including prescribing matters of a transitional nature arising out of the repeal of Part 2 of the Air Se rvices Regulations in connection with the enactment of Part 3 of the Airspace Act 2007.
