5G Spectrum Authority Licensing Enforcement Act (5G SALE Act) 2023

The 5G Spectrum Authority Licensing Enforcement Act (Public Law 118–27) was enacted on December 19, 2023. The Act allows the Federal Communications Commission to process applications for spectrum licenses from applicants who were successful bidders in an auction before March 9, 2023, during a 90-day period beginning on the date of enactment. This extension applies to applicants who were selected through competitive bidding and did not receive a license or permit as of the Act's enactment.
