أطلقت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية  مبادرة مسوح المهارات في سوق العمل لعام 2024 وذلك بالتعاون مع مجموعة البنك الدولي وشركة الأبحاث نيلسن آي كيو.وتهدف مبادرة مسوح المهارات إلى تحديد المهارات المطلوبة في سوق العمل بالمهارات المطلوبة للقطاع الخاص ومعرفة التحديات التي تواجهها المنشآت في التوظيف ومواكبة التغيرات التقنية في سوق العمل لرفع إنتاجية الكوادر الوطنية
