The Competition Board found that Teknosa violated Article 4 of the Law on Protection of Competition by participating in a cartel agreement and/or consistent conduct, which is penalized with a fine of 17,153,867.89 TL, calculated based on its 2023 gross turnover, considering a 25% discount for settlement. The investigation has been concluded through conciliation procedures for Teknosa.
