The Italian Data Protection Authority has initiated a public consultation for new guidelines on personal data treatment within condominiums. The goal is to gather feedback and proposals from professionals and associations in the field regarding the handling of residents' personal data by condo administrators. Contributions must be submitted within 30 days, and will not create any rights or obligations with regards to future decisions by the Authority.
