Administrative Proceeding – Legacy Hospitality II, LLC; Legendary Capital REIT III, LLC; and Corey R. Maple

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission issued an order appointing Heffler, Radetich & Saitta, LLP as the Tax Administrator for Legacy Hospitality II, LLC, Legendary Capital REIT III, LLC, and Corey R. Maple in an administrative proceeding. This appointment is made pursuant to an Omnibus Order that engages tax administrators on a case-by-case basis. Heffler, Radetich & Saitta, LLP will serve as the Tax Administrator for the Qualified Settlement Fund established in this proceeding. The Director of the Division of Enforcement authorized this appointment, and it complies with Department of the Treasury Regulation § 1.468B-1(c).
