原安徽省国土资源厅副巡视员高国忠被开除党籍 来源：中央纪委国家监委网站 发布时间： 2023-09-28 10:30 分享 　　中央纪委国家监委网站讯 据安徽省纪委监委消息：日前，经安徽省委批准，安徽省纪委监委对原安徽省国土资源厅副巡视员高国忠严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。　　经查，高国忠身为长期在合肥市国土部门任职的党员领导干部，丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，对党不忠诚、不老实，绞尽脑汁藏匿赃款，处心积虑对抗组织审查，参加迷信活动；漠视党纪国法，毫无敬畏之心，无视中央八项规定精神，长期痴迷酒桌饭局，腐化堕落；贪婪成性，与不法商人沆瀣一气，在土地出让和房地产监管过程中，大搞利益输送、权钱交易，严重扰乱合肥市国有土地使用权出让秩序，破坏房地产行业发展环境。　　高国忠严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、工作纪律、生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重、影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经安徽省纪委常委会会议研究并报安徽省委批准，决定给予高国忠开除党籍处分；按规定取消其享受的待遇；有关涉案财物按登记上交处理；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（安徽省纪委监委）
