中央统战部原副部长、国家宗教事务局原局长崔茂虎受贿案一审宣判 来源：新华社 发布时间： 2024-07-23 18:00 分享 　　7月23日，辽宁省沈阳市中级人民法院一审公开宣判中央统战部原副部长、国家宗教事务局原局长崔茂虎受贿案，对被告人崔茂虎以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币一百五十万元；对查封、扣押在案的崔茂虎犯罪所得财物及其孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库，不足部分继续追缴。 　　经审理查明：2007年至2023年，被告人崔茂虎利用担任云南省委组织部副部长、丽江市委书记、云南省副省长等职务上的便利，以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人在工程承揽、款项拨付、干部任用等方面谋取利益，非法收受有关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币1043万元。 　　沈阳市中级人民法院认为，被告人崔茂虎的行为构成受贿罪，受贿数额特别巨大，应依法惩处。鉴于崔茂虎到案后如实供述自己罪行，主动交代监察机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实，认罪悔罪，受贿赃款赃物已部分追缴到案，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
