　　中央纪委国家监委网站讯 据重庆市纪委监委消息：日前，经重庆市委批准，重庆市纪委监委对重庆农商行原党委委员、副行长舒静严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。 　　经查，舒静丧失理想信念，背离初心使命，对抗组织审查；无视中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品、礼金，多次违规接受宴请；隐瞒不报个人有关事项；不正确履行职责，对放贷审核把关不力；违反竞业禁止义务中饱私囊，利用职务便利非法经营同类营业，获取巨额非法利益；将金融资源作为“自留地”，挪用公款，数额巨大；靠金融吃金融，将金融审批权作为敛财工具，为他人在贷款审批等方面谋利，并非法收受巨额财物。 　　舒静严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律和工作纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌非法经营同类营业、挪用公款、受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经重庆市纪委常委会会议研究并报市委批准，决定给予舒静开除党籍处分；由重庆市监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。 （重庆市纪委监委）
