广东省人大常委会原党组成员、副主任陈如桂受贿案一审宣判 来源:新华社 发布时间: 2024-08-06 18:40 分享   8月6日上午,广西壮族自治区南宁市中级人民法院一审公开宣判广东省人大常委会原党组成员、副主任陈如桂受贿一案,对被告人陈如桂以受贿罪判处无期徒刑,剥夺政治权利终身,并处没收个人全部财产;对其受贿所得财物及孳息依法予以追缴,上缴国库。   经审理查明:2003年至2022年,被告人陈如桂利用担任广州市建委主任、市建设工委书记,广州市政府党组成员、秘书长,广州市委常委、副市长,广州市委副书记、政法委书记,中山市委书记,深圳市委副书记、市长,广东省人大常委会党组成员、副主任等职务上的便利以及职权、地位形成的便利条件,为相关单位和个人在工程承揽、项目推进、企业经营等事项上提供帮助,直接或通过他人非法收受财物共计折合人民币1.08亿余元。   南宁市中级人民法院认为,被告人陈如桂的行为构成受贿罪。陈如桂受贿数额特别巨大,应依法惩处。鉴于其部分受贿系未遂,到案后如实供述自己罪行,主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿事实,认罪悔罪,积极退赃,受贿所得财物及孳息已全部追缴,依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
