近日，生态环境部与上海市部市合作2024年度工作会议在上海召开。生态环境部副部长赵英民、上海市副市长刘多出席会议并讲话。 会议学习了习近平总书记去年在上海考察时的重要讲话精神，要求全面践行人民城市理念，积极推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型，努力走出一条中国特色超大城市生态环境治理现代化的新路。会议听取了上海市生态环境局对部市合作重点工作推进落实情况和生态环境部综合司对下一步工作建议的汇报，审议通过了《部市合作2024年重点工作清单》。 会议指出，部市协议签署三年来，生态环境部与上海市人民政府按照“先行先试、集成创新、共建共享、先行示范”原则，推深做实合作任务，共同推进经济高质量发展、生态环境高水平保护、长三角区域生态环境协作、构建超大城市现代环境治理体系，合作重点事项取得明显进展，产出一批标志性成果。 会议明确，要围绕上海“五个中心”和人民城市建设总要求，进一步深化部市合作机制，双方将按守底线、一体化、当先行三个方向继续深化合作，落实好四方面18项任务，积极推动美丽上海建设，共同探索超大城市现代环境治理。 生态环境部机关有关司局、派出机构和上海市相关部门负责同志参加会议。
