Служба финансового мониторинга и валютного контроля (Служба ФМиВК) создается с 1 июня 2024 года на базе Департамента и региональных подразделений финансового мониторинга и валютного контроля. В структуре регулятора централизуются отдельные функции, связанные с обеспечением функций Банка России в области финансового мониторинга и валютного контроля. Структура Службы ФМиВК будет включать 7 центров финансового мониторинга и валютного контроля. В их задачи войдет осуществление контроля и надзора за соблюдением некредитными финансовыми организациями (НФО) требований
