"The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2563 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1646 to enhance official controls on pharmacologically active substances and residues in animal health and welfare. This regulation requires Member States to submit updated control plans, optimize sampling frequencies, and justify selected substances and species for inclusion in the national risk-based control plans."
