The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2563 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1646 to clarify content and submission requirements for national risk-based control plans and randomised surveillance plan. This regulation aims to standardize reporting and reduce double-reporting of non-compliant residue data, while ensuring Member States comply with EFSA's requirements. The amendment requires Member States to submit their control plans and surveillance plan to the Commission by June 30th each year, and transmit all gathered data to EFSA, including compliant results from screening methods. This regulation applies from January 1st, 2025.
