"The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2563 of 24 September 2024 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1646 as regards additional content of national risk-based control plans and surveillance plan, submission of those plans, and minimum sampling frequencies. This regulation aims to clarify the requirements for Member States' control plans and surveillance plans, ensuring consistency in reporting non-compliant residues and eliminating double-reporting. It will apply from 1 January 2025."
