Brief

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2563 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1646 aims to enhance transparency and data sharing in the food safety domain. This regulation will require Member States to include additional information in their national risk-based control plans and surveillance plan, specifically regarding the type of follow-up measures taken by competent authorities regarding non-compliant residues detected in previous years.
