ED, Allahabad has filed Supplementary Prosecution Complaint (PC) under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Lucknow against Syed Ishrat Hussain Jafri, Chairman of Hygia Group of Colleges along with 06 other accused on 31.07.2024 in connection with ongoing investigation in Post Matric Scholarship Scam. The Hon’ble Court, Lucknow has taken cognizance of the PC on 14.10.2024.
