中央纪委国家监委网站讯 据中央纪委国家监委驻中国工商银行纪检监察组、陕西省纪委监委消息:日前,中央纪委国家监委驻中国工商银行纪检监察组、陕西省监委对中国工商银行内蒙古分行原党委书记、行长吴宁锋严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查,吴宁锋丧失理想信念,背弃初心使命,政治意识淡漠,与他人串供、销毁证据,对抗组织审查;违反中央八项规定精神,收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金,借婚丧喜庆之机敛财,接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请,违规出入私人会所,组织公款吃喝,违规公车私用,长期占用单位客房供个人使用;函询时不如实向组织说明问题,在干部职工的录用、职务职级的调整上,为他人谋取利益并收受财物;借用管理和服务对象钱款,将本人应支付费用交由他人支付,违规为亲属吸收存款提供帮助;工作中不负责任、疏于管理,干预和插手单位经营活动,给工商银行造成重大损失。利用职务便利为他人在贷款审批方面谋利,并非法收受巨额财物;违规审批发放贷款,数额巨大。
吴宁锋严重违反党的组织纪律、廉洁纪律、工作纪律,构成严重职务违法并涉嫌犯罪,且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手,性质严重,影响恶劣,应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定,经中国工商银行党委研究,决定给予吴宁锋开除党籍处分;按规定取消其享受的待遇;收缴其违纪违法所得;陕西省监委将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉,所涉财物一并移送。(中央纪委国家监委驻中国工商银行纪检监察组、陕西省纪委监委)
