Brief

On 11/12/2024, the National Anti-Corruption Commission issued an update regarding their operational activity. The Commission is conducting 38 preliminary investigations, 26 corruption investigations, and overseeing or monitoring 19 investigations by other agencies, with 557 referrals pending assessment. Over the period from 1 July to 8 December 2024, the Commission received 1147 referrals, obtained 4 court convictions, and closed five corruption investigations, including three joint investigations.
