On November 8, 2024, the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) reiterated that the temporary receipt model indicated in Resolution RDC 864/2024 should no longer be used. The deadline for this rule, established due to the public calamity in RS, has expired, and all prescriptions for controlled medicines subject to Notifiable Receipt must now be made using official forms, as done nationwide.
