On 25/02/2025, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) issued an update regarding "The supply and demand trends for major construction materials in February were balanced for all surveyed materials - Results of the Survey on Supply and Demand and Price Trends of Major Construction Materials". The survey showed that prices for 7 materials out of 13 were stable, while others saw a slight increase.
