"On "21/04/2025", the "State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR)" issued an update regarding "The State Administration for Market Regulation makes every effort to ensure the supply of electric bicycle testing services. Six institutions have obtained the qualification for the new national standard testing capabilities.". The new standard will take effect on September 1, requiring all newly produced electric bicycles to meet its requirements."
