"On 11/07/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding The Settlement of Dispute and Sanctions (CoRDiS) Regulation Committee of the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) sanctions the company Mint and the company BCM Energy for abuse of ARENH's law. The CoRDiS imposed a fine of 3.5 million euros on Mint and 3 million euros on BCM Energy, finding that they had committed an abuse of regulated access to historic nuclear electricity (ARENH)."
