The Competition Board has concluded its investigation into Nestle Tu00c3u00bcrkiye Gu00c4u00b1da Sanayi Au00c5u017e and Danone Tikveu00c5u0178li Gu00c4u00b1da ve u00c4u00b0u00c3u00a7ecek San. ve Tic. Au00c5u017e regarding the exchange of competitively sensitive information. Nestle Tu00c3u00bcrkiye Gu00c4u00b1da Sanayi Au00c5u0160 has been imposed an administrative fine of 260.183.629,08-TL for violating Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition, while Danone Tikveu00c5u0178li Gu00c4u2013da ve u00c4u00b0u00c3u00a7ecek San. ve Tic. Au00c5u0160 was cleared of any violations. In a separate investigation, Eti Gu00c4u00b1da San. ve Tic. Au00c5u0160 and Horizon Hu00c4u00b1zlu00c4u00b1 Tu00c3u00bcketim u00c3u0153ru00c3u00bcnleri u00c3u0153retim Pazarlama Satu00c4u00b1u00c5u0178 ve Ticaret Au00c5u0160 were imposed administrative fines of 36.096.652,89-TL and 55.140.344,30-TL, respectively, for violating Article 4 of the Act on the Protection of Competition.
