The OA participated in the first meeting of the year 2025 of the G20 Anti-Corruption Working Group

"On June 3, 2025, the South African-led G20 Anti-Corruption Working Group (ACWG) convened its first meeting. The four priority topics for discussion were strengthening the public sector through transparency and integrity, improving asset recovery measures, increasing inclusive participation in anti-corruption efforts, and protecting whistleblowers. The first day focused on strengthening the public sector, while the second day covered asset recovery and whistleblower protection, with a third day dedicated to inclusive participation."
