山东省政协原党组成员、副主席孙述涛受贿案一审开庭来源：新华社发布时间： 2024-04-12 18:20 分享　　2024年4月12日，山西省大同市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了山东省政协原党组成员、副主席孙述涛受贿一案。　　大同市人民检察院起诉指控：2001年至2023年，被告人孙述涛利用担任山东省委组织部副部长，山东省威海市委副书记、市长、市委书记，山东省济南市委副书记、市长，山东省政协党组成员、副主席等职务上的便利以及职权、地位形成的便利条件，为有关单位和个人在企业经营、业务承接和职务调整等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币1.29亿余元，其中7338万余元截至案发时尚未实际取得。检察机关提请以受贿罪追究孙述涛的刑事责任。　　庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，被告人孙述涛及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，孙述涛进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪悔罪。　　庭审最后，法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。　　人大代表、政协委员和各界群众40余人旁听了庭审。
