"On "11/02/2025", the "Financial Services Commission" issued an update regarding "The Credit Cooperative Act Enforcement Decree of the Credit Cooperative Act is passed to enhance the crisis response capabilities of the Credit Union Federation". The decree allows the federation to issue bonds with Korea's central bank without prior approval, and also permits the federation to accumulate funds in excess of its target amount for emergency situations."
