"On June 18, 2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding The CRE publishes its recommendations relating to the adaptation of complementary remuneration contracts at time steps 15 minutes. Following a public consultation launched on March 13, 2025, which received responses from 35 actors, the CRE recommends updating existing contracts to calculate compensation for negative prices within 15-minute intervals starting April 1, 2026."
