On 04/09/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding The CRE publishes its annual report to the European Commission and the Cooperation Agency for Energy Regulators (ACER). The report highlights the main developments in the electricity and gas markets during 2024 and the first half of 2025. Notably, the CRE provided networks with means to develop sustainably by setting new tariffs and reorganized market surveillance activities for greater efficiency amidst increasing transactions and REMIT implementation.
