On 31/01/2025, the Comptroller General of Brazil issued an update regarding The Comptroller General of the Union imposes sanctions on legal entities involved in irregularities. A fine of R$ 47.391.386,87 was imposed on Organização Social de Saúde (OSS) for fraud in contracting and public bidding processes, while a fine of R$ 1.984.155,00 was also issued to WARU - Agente Autônomo de Investimentos Ltda., for irregular client capture from Caixa Econômica Federal.
