Brief

"On May 8, through RG N° 1000, Argentina's National Securities Commission modified its regulations to set a T+1 settlement period for variable and fixed-income securities. The T+2 period remained only for fixed-income securities in exceptional cases where markets and clearinghouses opted to maintain it. Now, with RG N° 1029, those opting for T+2 will transition to T+1, aligning with global developed markets' standards."
