The ANAC (Agency for the Administration of State Assets and Equity Participations) has published a report on the monitoring of critical issues related to the application of the whistleblowing system, as per the Law Decree 24/2023. The report presents data and information gathered from a questionnaire sent to public and private sector entities, from December 4 to 22, 2023, to assess their progress in establishing internal reporting channels. The results will be used to provide future general guidance, particularly with regards to internal reporting channels.
